In his role, Ken will manage the company’s community outreach program and partner relationships, providing the education, tools, and support for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the IT channel. Ken will report to Jennifer Bodell, vice president of Channel at Pax8.
Before joining Pax8, Ken worked at a Boston-based MSP called Techevolution as the executive vice president. In his role, he managed the company’s operations and processes for the sales and marketing departments. He has more than 20 years of experience growing and managing operations for MSPs. Ken was also an active member of the XChange Advisory Board for The Channel Company.
