July 9, 2019––The First Original Content Platform from Pakistan, Binjee claimed top honors at awards ceremony held in Karachi on June 28th. The Digi Awards in its third year since inception, handed out winners for over thirty categories, all focused towards the digital industry at a grand evening affair to mark the occasion.
The venture is a first of its kind and launched earlier during this year with a focus on delivering quality entertainment content for Video on Demand (VOD) basis. Portal content includes variety of programs from web series, comedy shows, parody and standup. Prominent names from the media entertainment industry feature in respective episodes and clips of videos.
Presentation of the project was put forth to the jury of the awards by the QLinks Group, who are co-founders and partners to the pursuit based out of Karachi. The committee of the awards was inclusive of some leading names from the digital and allied industry emanating from the corporate and financial sectors.
Albeit, having been recently launched, Binjee has gained much stride due to its uniqueness, originality and focus on ‘Internet First’ approach. This is also the first time that cross industry alliance has been developed to build the venture.
