Guidewire ClaimCenter® to be used by Santam for their business purpose
Santam, a general insurer company and Guidewire Software Inc, a provider of the industry platform for general insurers has declared that Santam will use Guidewire ClaimCenter® as its platform for their claims management. The company will utilize ClaimCenter for its personal and commercial lines of business. It has also selected Guidewire DataHub and Guidewire InfoCenter for its enterprise-wide data management and business intelligence.

Guidewire DataHub creates a single source of truth through a detailed transaction repository in which internal and third-party data is subject oriented, conformed and given common context. Guidewire InfoCenter provides a wide range of analytic applications, dashboards and descriptive reports along with support for ad hoc analysis. It also provides help to business users to increase their understanding of the specific decisions they face. Guidewire Core and Data solutions will allow Santam to boost their operational efficiencies by streamlining and modernizing multiple core systems. Also, for building a strategic platform for data and reporting needs across their business. Furthermore, it will develop a solid foundation for claims digitalization.
