As the Founder and CEO of Artificial Intelligence Defense Platform (AIDP), Dr. Khawaja is proud of his creations and believes in changing the world. He is a highly publicized philanthropist and world-renowned entrepreneur, featured in over 100 publications for his contributions to technology, society, and economic growth. Dr. Khawaja is recognized as an e-commerce pioneer. With the vision to change the world, he stepped away from the payment services industry to innovate and create new technology. With AIDP, he strives to create, improve, innovate, and design.
During a recent conversation with Mirror Review, Dr. Khawaja elaborated on his leadership tactics and strategy while remarking on the company’s mission and vision. The following are some snippets from the insightful conversation:
What are the various services and solutions provided by AIDP?
AIDP was established in 2020—although it was an idea building for many years. It is using artificial intelligence technology to create its pioneer program ISABELLA—which will read and retain information. As open-source, Wi-Fi-connected technology, ISABELLA will be connected to the internet and able to observe, learn and act. Its processing can be used by the latest technology and machines to perform labor and even offer military functionality. Its artificial intelligence technology will have access to unlimited information with the ability to learn and process multi-lingual data from the internet, encyclopedias, and even intelligence resources.
Being at the helm, what are your primary roles and responsibilities? Can you please walk us through the major accomplishments throughout your journey?
As a leader, your decisions will affect the entire company and the goals you can reach. In my industry, goals – when reached – will save lives. I encourage my team to think outside the box to accomplish goals. As innovation cannot proceed without creativity, we reward creativity. We seek to inspire and be inspired. Great ideas come from not only me but from the team. We brainstorm and work together while sparking ideas amongst one another.
Throughout my career, I managed to invent and innovate solutions that enabled people to trade online, safely and securely. Although I am proud of my accomplishments, I am not satisfied. I am constantly innovating and this will never stop. Innovation is part of my life – to create new things that provide a better tomorrow not only for us but for our children and future generations.
What challenges did you face throughout your journey as a successful leader? What was your mantra of surpassing them?
I have faced several challenges. We must never give up and keep moving forward. I don’t believe in mistakes. I think it is all part of the journey to success. Sometimes things do not go as planned, but I take them as opportunities to learn and improve. I am constantly learning, listening, observing, and adapting. This is the way to grow and succeed. New developments happen every day, but you need to keep moving forward. Take what you have learned and apply it.
How did you respond to the challenges induced by the COVID-19 pandemic? What measures did you incorporate to surpass the challenges?
The COVID-19 pandemic did not affect us because we already had an infrastructure that could sustain operations under such conditions. It was more important to us to keep on track with our developmental schedule because rushed products have flaws. We believe in flawless and state-of-the-art technology and when it comes to saving lives, you cannot take shortcuts.
How do you envision the future of AIDP in the next five years? What are the upcoming services and solutions we can anticipate in the future?
AIDP is developing ISABELLA and its compatible machines to help mankind and protect the world’s population. Planned to launch in 2025, it will keep us safe and functional during adverse and extreme conditions. Since the beginning of AIDP, innovation has not stopped and it never will. We are constantly creating new departments to innovate different aspects of life and society.
We will continue to expand and grow AIDP for the sake of finding new ways to improve living conditions for mankind. We are also implementing technology that will really make a difference around the world. We are innovating for defense, not to take lives but to save them. We are innovating to protect communities globally. Moreover, AIDP is working to use AI for protecting the innocent.
How do you ensure maintaining work-life equilibrium?
My work extends beyond the cabin because I live for my work. I believe in my work and am passionate about it. It is my motivation. My goal is to do all that I can to create a better tomorrow for our children, for generations. For this reason, I give all that I can give and do all that I can do. I will always be relentless about reaching my goals so that I can continue to change the world for the better.
What would you like to convey to the aspirants that are aiming to make a mark in their respective industries?
As a leader, I recommend always learning and listening. Find the demands of consumers and specifically, your target market, then build a product that will accommodate their needs. Build a product or solution that lasts, and you will leave a lasting impression of success and a product that generations can enjoy.
Follow your dreams and make your vision a reality. Do not give up. There will be difficulties along the way, and you will meet people who doubt what you can do. Believe in yourself and work hard towards your goal.
