Atos, a global leader in digital transformation is delivering its high-powered artificial intelligence, Codex AI Suite to American Dream retail and entertainment complex. The Codex AI Suite is designed to analyze data and predict attraction performance. Through this IoT and machine learning platform, the American Dream will be able to reduce downtime, increase guest satisfaction and lower maintenance costs.
Atos’ Codex AI Suite uses hundreds of ride sensors to collect and store data that feeds into an algorithm to detect apparent trends, anomalies and unique identifiers of a machine’s state. The suite is an easy-to-use, efficient, and affordable solution to help American Dream rapidly build and deploy artificial intelligence applications, better extract value from data and develop potential business opportunities. The solution aims to establish a baseline of data analytics using historical data captured from the ride controller and activated through apps rendering on any device.
Transforming customer experience
As part of the contract, multiple BullSequana Edge servers from Atos will enable the Codex AI Suite. The BullSequana Edge servers are planned to place on-site throughout Nickelodeon Universe, American Dream’s indoor theme park, and the Observation Wheel for powerful AI interference, and real-time analytics at the edge while keeping data safe and secure. The solution will enable the American Dream to predict the real-time performance of these two attractions, in order to reduce downtime and increase customer satisfaction.

In addition to delivering AI products and services, Atos will make AI real for business by introducing four research-driven AI Labs, each ranging from 6 to 12 weeks, to focus on validation of cognitive solutions for the American Dream’s attraction team. The AI Labs will accelerate time to value in the main four areas of prescriptive, maintenance, predictive failure, modern Internet of Things platforms and machine learning platforms.
