Since the beginning of his career, Ruslan was fascinated by the field of QA & Testing and wanted to make a name for himself in the industry. Before embarking on a journey of establishing QA Mentor, he served at HSBC bank, where he started a testing center of excellence and managed 8 global QA teams in 7 different countries with 120+ testers worldwide. Later, Ruslan worked at Sterling InfoSystems for 6 years and played an instrumental role for testing functions, process improvements, and quality strategic directions across the entire company. Ruslan also worked at Citi for 3 years as the Global Head of Testing of Worldlink Technology. Today, with 22 years of experience under his belt in quality assurance, quality control, process improvement and software testing, Ruslan is largely responsible for growing QA Mentor from strength to strength.
