An American multinational retail corporation, Walmart Inc. has come up with a game-changing idea of remoulding the way people shop.
A new service launched by Walmart prioritizes the comfortability of  the customers
Walmart Inc, launched a new service called Jetblack, in certain parts of the New York city. This service is very unique and takes concierge style of approach to the online shopping by enabling customers to get their products delivered within one day. The service has an ability to shop via text messages, voice or online chat.
The Jetblack service provides a monthly membership fee of $50 to offer quick deliveries with a benefit of no additional costs. The service acts like a personal assistant that leverages the artificial intelligence practices and expertise from the skilled buyers to provide shopping recommendations. As of now, it is limited to customers living in Manhattan and Brooklyn who are already a part of an eight month pilot program.
Shopping will be frictionless, more personalized and delightful
Jetblack has also announced collaboration with logistics companies to deliver the groceries that are ordered online. Now, the customers need not have to worry about remembering the orders, as the service itself sets a reminder of the products to be ordered again. The items can also be purchased from the walmart site as well as the other retailers sites, which means, a person can order anything and everything from their local boutique in just a click of a moment.
The Jetblack, Cofounder Jenny Fleiss, offers its members the flexibility of shopping without having to compromise on the quality of the product. The service will make shopping frictionless, more personalized and delightful.
Jetblack will be expanding to other parts of the U.S markets but before that, it will be opened to more applicants of New York city, who wishes to become a part of it.
