She founded Rampiq in 2011 to provide high-end online marketing services in this space. As Rampiq’s CEO and founder, she empowers businesses to succeed in the digital age with innovative marketing strategies and industry expertise. Her passion for growth and results shows in Rampiq’s success and the businesses she has helped.

Liudmila has three Master’s degrees in international law, digital marketing, and business analysis. Her journey in the online marketing industry began in 2004 when she joined a growing IT company as a junior marketer. “I loved the online marketing industry for its dynamics and endless possibilities to grow as a professional,” says Liudmila. Within three years, she became the head of the online marketing department, leading a team of seven people and reporting directly to the CEO.

In 2008, Liudmila took on a new challenge as the online marketing manager for an international education company in the UK. There, she gained valuable experience in managing full-cycle online marketing activities, including strategy design, project management, and people management. She handled six-figure monthly online ads budgets and generated seven-figure new business quarterly.

Mirror Review recently interviewed Liudmila, who says the Internet and Google have opened many doors for young professionals like her, and she is grateful for the opportunity to build a career in this dynamic and rewarding field.

Mirror Review: Going beyond standard B2B IT and SaaS marketing, how does Rampiq differentiate itself from other agencies in the space?

Liudmila: At Rampiq, we deliver high-end online marketing services to B2B IT and SaaS businesses. We offer expert strategy planning, analytics, search engine optimization, paid ads, and content marketing services.

We carefully craft and rigorously execute our delivery processes. We use frameworks (RACI and others) to make sure every team member is aware of their responsibilities and fully briefed on our client’s expectations.

Moreover, we foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, and we have a QA process in place to ensure that we are delivering up to our standards. We also keep up with industry trends and practices by regularly updating our offers and services.

Mirror Review: You mentioned the specific challenges you encountered during each of the external events like COVID-19, the war in Ukraine, and employee relocations. Can you share specific measures you took to ensure the safety and well-being of your employees as well as business sustainability during these turbulent times?

Liudmila: It started with the COVID pandemic, which disrupted our normal workflow and forced us to adapt to remote work. Then, the war in Ukraine broke out, which affected some of our employees and clients. Finally, we had to deal with several employees’ relocations, which added to the complexity and uncertainty of our situation. I have experienced many crises in my career, but this was the most difficult one.

However, I did not lose sight of my values and vision during these tough times. As a people-first company, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees above everything else. We provided them with the necessary support and flexibility to cope with the changes and challenges.

Moreover, we took proactive steps to secure our business and ensure its sustainability. We restructured our client portfolio, focusing on long-term and stable partnerships rather than risky and short-term projects. We also revamped our marketing and sales processes, targeting the right type of clients who needed our high-end online marketing services and whom we could delight with our results. By doing so, we were able to maintain our quality standards and reputation, and we even managed to grow our revenue and market share.

Mirror Review: Tell us something about your team. How do you make sure that they are motivated and productive?

Liudmila: I am blessed to have a brilliant team of talented and hard-working professionals. We have a healthy, self-driven, and productive team culture at Rampiq, where we celebrate our wins and learn from our challenges. Rampiq’s people-first culture attracts like-minded people, and we constantly ensure we have space for innovation and growth.

We also don’t leave anyone behind and rely on teamwork to drive results for our clients. We encourage each other to ask for help or feedback whenever needed and are always ready to lend a hand or offer advice. I am also always available and accessible to my team if they need my input or help. This is the core driver for our motivation and productivity.

Mirror Review: CEOs today are leading sectors and industry revolutions alongside their teams. Drawing from your own experience, how do you outline the evolution of the CEO role?

Liudmila: The CEO role has undergone a remarkable transformation over the years, from a monarchy-style management in the 1930s to an industrial and financial productivity wizard in the 1960s to a tech genius in the 2000s. Each stage of this evolution has brought new challenges and opportunities, and CEOs have had to cope with multiple recessions, technology booms, and financial crises.

However, I believe that the modern world demands a new kind of CEO, one who can revolutionize organizations and industries with their vision and leadership. The working culture has also changed, and employees and boards expect more growth, performance, and accountability from their CEOs. Therefore, CEOs today need to lead sectors and industry revolutions, together with their teams, by leveraging the latest innovations and technologies, such as ChatGPT and AI of 2023.

Mirror Review: What are your professional and personal expectations from 2024? Are there any upcoming services/solutions we can expect?

Liudmila: I have a passion for exploring new places and I enjoy traveling frequently. Therefore, I hope that the next year will offer me more travel opportunities. I have also resumed my reading habit, which I used to have in the past. I find reading to be a great way to learn new things and relax.

Professionally, I expect this year to be a year of sustainable growth for Rampiq. We have revamped our marketing and sales processes, and we are now fine-tuning our core offer, the Organic Growth Engine. This is a done-for-you SEO program for B2B IT and SaaS companies, which helps them increase their organic traffic and conversions. We will be launching the upgraded version of this program in early 2024.

Another project that I am excited about is the B2B Tech Founders Lounge podcast, which I launched in Q4 2023. This is a show that provides practical advice and networking opportunities for busy tech entrepreneurs. My goal is to host more episodes every week and to feature more guests who can share their insights and experiences.
