With this deal, Candor would be able to enlarge itself in the city of Oklahoma.
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma based Candor Public Relations has announced to acquire its competitor, Waddell Pointer in order to grow its presence in Oklahoma. The details of the agreement were not disclosed at the time of the announcement, said to be confidential.
It is going to be big when combined
Reportedly, post-closure of the deal, the combined business would serve more than 60 enterprise and government organizations throughout the country.
Candor, one of the fastest growing organizations
Founded in 1989, Waddell Pointer provides a broad spectrum of services to clients representing business and industry, health care, and not-for-profit organizations. Candor was established in 2012 and has been recognized as one of the state’s fastest-growing companies.
