Alliance Universal will be rebranded as Allied Universal Technology Services
Allied Universal, a leading security guard and facility services company has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Securadyne Systems, a security integrator. With this acquisition, Securadyne Systems will offer Alliance Universal an integrated platform to provide technology-enabled security solutions on a global level. Steve Jones, CEO of Allied Universal, stated, “Our new acquisition of Securadyne Systems supports our long-term strategy to become the leader in the security technology market.” After the completion of the deal, Allied Universal transaction services will be rebranded as Allied Universal Technology Services with 500 employees of the Securadyne team joining Allied Universal under Allied Universal Technology Services.

Assisting clients to minimize security threats through an extensive service approach
The acquisition will enable Allied Univeral to utilize Securadyne‘s technology as a platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI) in order to offer threat detection and security services. Allied Universal Technology Services’ will help their clients to minimize security risks with the help of their extensive service approach. Moreover, their all-inclusive service approach will provide seamless technology solutions such as threat monitoring services and artificial intelligence-driven security management tools.

Incorporating a broad range of innovative solutions through monitoring centres
Alliance Universal Technology will incorporate a broad range of managed technology solutions through Allied Universal’s Monitoring and Response Centre and the Global Security Operating Center (GSOC-as-a-service). Along with that, Allied Universal Technology Services will also offer clients other smart tech innovative solutions such as electronic access control, video surveillance, fire /life safety, alarm monitoring, emergency communications, and technological threat management and response
