OnShift Plans to Shift its Location
OnShift Inc., a US-based company that produces hiring, scheduling, and employee engagement software used in the healthcare industry, has acquired Avesta Systems Inc., a Hudson company that provides talent acquisition software and services that streamline recruiting and hiring processes. Financial terms of this transaction were not revealed by the companies. Avesta has less than 50 employees and all of them are joining OnShift, which has about 220 employees. OnShift plans to move from its current location to Post Office Plaza, at 1500 W, Third St. in downtown Cleveland.
Managing the Entire Talent Acquisition Process
OnShift Employ, which was previously Avesta’s software, manages the entire talent acquisition process from end to end including candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. The healthcare providers gain a competitive edge by quickly finding qualified candidates, speeding time to hire and creating memorable candidate experiences, while complying with hiring laws by the OnShift Employ. OnShift’s presence in the healthcare marketplace is expanded by the Avesta acquisition as it gives the company a foothold in the emergency medical services segment.
