Global logistics solutions provider, WiseTech Global has declared the acquisition of Trinium Technologies.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, Trinium is the main supplier of the multi-purpose trucking transportation management system (TMS) in the United States and Canada. Trinium-TMS factors in order management, per diem/demurrage, accounts receivable, fleet management, auto-rating, dispatch, driver settlements, management reports, equipment control, invoicing, safety management, and operations & accounting reports.
Trinium’s major clientele includes Horizon Freight System, NFI Industries, California Cartage Companies, ContainerPort Group, Schneider Logistics Transportation, and the Pasha Group. It has over 185 customers worldwide.
