USL Cargo Services acquires distribution center in Weston

The leading provider of integrated global logistics solutions, USL Cargo Services made one of the largest lease deals with the purchase of around 232,000 square-foot warehouses in Broward County from the landlord Clarion Partners LLC. Under the deal, the landlord was represented by O’Loughlin and Larry Genet and the tenant, USL Cargo Services was represented by Luis Marquez with Casal Group.

With offices in 17 locations across China, Hong Kong, and 9 locations across the United States, USL Cargo Services is operating in Australia, South Africa, Singapore, and a global network of agents in 80 countries.

USL Cargo Services was formed in January 2015 by a strategic partnership between USL Logistics, LLC, and Cargo Services Far East Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong and founded by John Lau in 1990. USL Cargo is incorporated and headquartered in Newport Beach, California and offers services in Global Sea Freight, Global Air Freight, International Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Solutions, Customs Brokerage, Origin Logistics Services, Destination Logistics Services, Fashion Distribution in China and Hong Kong, International Hub Services, Container Haulage and Distribution, Fine Wine Importation into Hong Kong and China, Cold Chain Logistics, Shipping Agency, and Freight Consultancy.

Recently, print and mail marketing company, Postal Center International bagged 224,650 square-foot leases at 2965 West Corporate Lakes Boulevard.

Major investments in MILC and MART

Companies including, Pegasus Logistics Group, Ice River, and other major investors bought a three-building warehouse and distribution center in northwest Miami-Dade County, totaling nearly 677,000 square-foot in Miami Industrial Logistics Center, MILC.

Pegasus Logistics Group inked a 20,750-square-foot lease at 15002 Northwest 107 Avenue, and Ice River, a bottled water company producing private-label brands, inked a nearly 50,000-square-foot lease at 10701 Northwest 140 Street.

After a recent renovation of $5 million, the shopping center, Miami International Merchandise, MART also leased 16,000 square-FOOT of office to Finlay Medical & Wellness Center.
