Kyiv’s iconic Parus skyscraper, one of the most recognizable landmarks in the Ukrainian capital, has changed ownership in a deal that is drawing attention across the real estate market. According to Lidernews.com.ua, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved the transfer of 100% of the shares in Parus Holding LLC, the company that owns the building, to Ola Fine LLC.

The Parus Business Center is a Class A office complex with a total area of around 70,000 square meters and 33 floors, located in the heart of Kyiv’s business district. With its prime location and modern facilities, the skyscraper remains one of the most sought-after addresses for both local and international companies.

The buyer is Ukrainian businessman Max Krippa, best known as the owner of the NAVI(Natus Vincere) esports organization and the game development studio GSC Game World. Industry analysts believe that the acquisition could play a significant role in expanding his investment portfolio and strengthening his presence in the high-value real estate market.

Why Parus remains a prime investment

From 2005 to 2008, Parus held the title of the tallest building in Ukraine, symbolizing modern architecture and the country’s rapid urban development. Nearly two decades later, it continues to attract major tenants thanks to its location, infrastructure, and technical specifications.

The tower stands 133.1 meters tall — or 149.5 meters including its antenna — making it a striking feature of Kyiv’s skyline. Its 33 office floors are designed to withstand loads of up to 250 kg/m2, ensuring safety and durability. The complex includes conference halls for 40 and 100 participants, a cafeteria on the second floor, and restaurants on the 4th and 31st floors. Ceiling heights of 3.1 meters provide a spacious, comfortable working environment.

With approximately 75,000 square meters of usable space and typical floors of about 1,168 square meters, the building offers flexible layouts suitable for a range of business needs. Its total volume reaches 300,676 cubic meters, underlining its importance as one of Kyiv’s flagship commercial properties.
