Glassbeam collaborates with RENOVO SOLUTIONS to Improve Analytics for Ultrasound Machines
Glassbeam, Inc., announced that RENOVO SOLUTIONS will become a strategic reseller of Glassbeam’s analytics solution for the healthcare market. Together, Glassbeam and RENOVO will provide a joint solution for service and utilization analytics specific to ultrasound equipment. Leveraging Glassbeam’s AI powered machine data analytics platform, the solution converts unplanned downtime into planned downtime by predicting failures and identifying utilization inefficiencies.
RENOVO has a vast client base and deep expertise in the ultrasound market for all major OEM products. Its award winning RENOVOLive CMMS platform helps reduce costs and improves the overall performance of medical equipment in healthcare facilities nationwide. As a strategic partner, RENOVO compliments its extensive healthcare domain knowledge with software analytics expertise from Glassbeam to maximize revenue generation by increasing machine uptime and utilization, while reducing service costs.
Improved analytics for Ultrasound
Most of the current service models for maintaining expensive ultrasound equipment is inefficient and reactive. Ultrasound machines generate large amounts of useful data that healthcare providers have failed to leverage. This machine log data is a disruptive force to increase uptime from the current 96-97 percent range to more than 99 percent, which translates to potentially millions of dollars in increased revenue per year. RENOVO will extract insights from machine logs and Glassbeam’s platform will apply this data to build a comprehensive set of analytics dashboards that will align with healthcare providers’ unique needs. In the near future, RENOVO and Glassbeam will expand this relationship to include other imaging equipment, such as CT and MRI machines.
“The combination of RENOVO’s ultrasound expertise and Glassbeam’s service and utilization analytics will enable healthcare providers to address the growing need to generate predictive and prescriptive insights,” said Glassbeam, CEO, Puneet Pandit. “Glassbeam will provide these insights in one single pane of glass, starting with Ultrasound market and in the future assist RENOVO in expanding its focus to other imaging modalities.”
