Demant’s leading technology with Phillips global presence in healthcare

The partnership will combine William Demant’s innovative technology in hearing healthcare and Phillip’s global presence in a large scale of healthcare solutions together. Demant will bring Phillips-branded hearing solutions to the global market.

With a presence in more than 30 countries, the William Demant Group of international companies develops, manufactures and sells innovative solutions incorporating microelectronics, micromechanics, wireless technology, software, and audiology. Their clienteles include the independent dispenser and large retail chains, audiologist, ENT (ear, nose, and throat) doctors, children’s nurse and hospital surgeons.

On the other hand, Phillips develops and distributes enterprise-wide medical image and information management solutions, providing healthcare products and services in vast areas such as Advanced Molecular Imaging, Clinical Informatics, Computed Tomography, Diagnostic ECG, Emergency Care and Resuscitation and Magnetic Resonance.
