Royal Caribbean Cruise Line’s is giving millennials a chance to be insta-flammable. The $120 million transformation has made a 15 year old Mariner of the Seas into a magnificent cruise ship.

The ship will be cruising for straight 4 days and 3 nights from Miami to the Bahamas, with an expectation to attract the younger crowds. The Cruise will leave from Port Miami to Nassau and CocoCay, the private island destination of the Royal Caribbean.

“Using a ship of this size to do shorter excursions filled with the same technology and luxury will hopefully attract more people to take more trips,” remarked spokeswoman Celia de la Llama.

High-tech Facilities

Royal Caribbean has uplifted a 15 year old ship into a stunning photo ready cruise ship. The ship has added a pair of three-story racer waterslides, a signature FlowRider simulator and a laser tag centre set up on top of an ice rink.

The renovation of the ship has appended some new and sophisticated concept of an escape room called The Observatorium, gifting the passengers a space like feeling. Additional to that, the ship has upgraded some of the dining alternatives like Jamie Italian, Polynesian Bamboo Room, Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade, Izumi Hibachi and Sushi.

“Millennials want more frequent and shorter vacations that offer as much of that exhilarating adventure they seek,” claimed Michael Bayley, President and CEO of Royal Caribbean International.

He further adds, “The ship’s renovations are part of Royal Caribbean’s $900 million commitment to upgrading 10 ships in four years. “We sail with more than 5 million guests worldwide each year, and recognize the need to always innovate and stay ahead of the curve. We have designed this program to wow our loyal guests while also attracting the next generation of adventurers.”
